2) What these terms cover
These terms govern:
- your use of the Site; and
- any purchases made through our WooCommerce store.
They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
3) Using the Site
- You must be 18+ to place an order.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information at checkout.
- We may suspend access, refuse service, or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, a technical error, or breach of these terms.
4) Products, content, and availability
- We aim to keep product descriptions, images, ingredients, and pricing accurate. Minor variations can happen (e.g., packaging updates, batch differences, screen colour differences).
- Stock availability can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.
5) Pricing, taxes, and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Any taxes (such as UK VAT) will be shown where applicable.
- You’ll see the total price (including delivery costs) before confirming payment.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card provider may apply fees or currency conversion charges.
6) How orders work (contract formation)
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Confirm your details and place the order.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email (this confirms we received your order request).
- A legally binding contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch (or otherwise confirm acceptance).
We may cancel an order and refund you if there’s a clear pricing/stock error, suspected fraud, or where required for legal/compliance reasons.
7) Shipping and delivery
- Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, peak periods, or factors outside our control.
- Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
- Please inspect deliveries on arrival. If there’s visible damage, note it with the courier where possible and contact us promptly.
8) Returns and cancellations (UK consumers)
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, starting from the day after you receive the goods.
To cancel:

Return conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including seals).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products (e.g., drinks, powders, supplements) unless defective or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund you to the original payment method within 14 days, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
9) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:
- your order number; and
- photos of the issue.
We’ll offer an appropriate remedy (replacement, repair, or refund) in accordance with UK consumer law.
10) Accounts, reviews, and fair use
- Keep account credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your login.
- Reviews and user content must be lawful, truthful, and respectful. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive, or spam.
11) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product images, and software) is owned by TOTAL FITNESS WORLD LIMITED or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law for personal use.
12) Health and usage guidance
Some products (including energy and performance beverages) may not be suitable for everyone. Always read labels and follow instructions. If you are pregnant, under medical supervision, or sensitive to ingredients such as caffeine, consult a qualified professional. We do not provide medical advice.
13) Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Otherwise:
- We’re responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or negligence.
- We are not liable for business losses (e.g., loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or interruption) where you are purchasing as a consumer.
- Our total liability relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
14) Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, extreme weather, strikes, or regulatory changes). We will keep you updated where such events affect your order.
15) Changes to the Site or these terms
We may update the Site, products, pricing, and these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
16) Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence.
Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and where applicable, you may also be able to bring a claim in the courts of your home country.
