2) Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Any original labels, seals, and safety packaging must be intact.

Items must be in resalable condition.
We cannot accept returns of:

Opened or partially used consumables (e.g., drinks, powders, supplements) for hygiene/safety reasons, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Gift cards or downloadable products.

Items clearly marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at checkout.
3) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered:

Include your order number and (if possible) photos of the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with UK consumer law (replacement, exchange, or refund) at no additional cost to you.
4) Refund process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence you sent it back).
Delivery costs:

If you cancel under the 14-day right to cancel, we’ll refund the standard delivery cost (if you paid one).

If you chose an upgraded delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery amount.

If the return is due to a fault or our error, we’ll refund delivery costs where applicable.
5) Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a return method.
6) How to return an item

7) Exchanges
